Starting again/Food Help
Now my head is back in the place to be fit and healthy, I feel so overwhelmed and unable to see a tried and tested diet and
fitness
plan. Can anyone offer a food and exercise plan ppllllease.

5Rhythms - Teaser for our upcoming 3-week movement challenge
It is scalable to any ability and
fitness
levels. And it is simply a lot of fun! So without further ado, here an embedded video as a teaser! Needless to say, the video is promoting this movement practice by a specific practitioner, whereas we will also learn about the founder of this practice.

First comfortable run for a long while!
So after a lot of walking over the last few weeks and really struggling with my
fitness
I went out with my running group for a super steady 5k! The orange shirts are the run group manager at the front and my son in law who is a run leader at the back!

Unsure about increasing T3
I’m massively into health and
fitness
. I take vit D, B complex, magnesium, selenium, iron, multivitamin, vitamin c, symprove for gut health, drink loads of water, eat a high protein diet, weight train, get my steps in each day. Honestly I don’t know what else I can do to feel better?!

Does knitting count as exercise? 🤔
Biting my tongue, I politely explained that competitive sport/dancing, exercise &
fitness
had/is a big part of my life. I grew up with sporty parents & a
fitness
instructor sister.

Visual Field Tests And Driving
Second, I found the DVLA "Guide to Assessing
Fitness
To Drive For Doctors. This lays out the legislation concerned. That can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/assessing-
fitness
-to-drive-a-guide-for-medical-professionals - only chapter 6 covers visual defects.

Woahh, we're halfway there..
So it feels good to have that half hour to myself every other day and I think I can already feel my
fitness
improving. W5 R3 still looks very scary, but I'm starting to think I might actually be able to do it. Watch this space...

PMR - High Altitude - My trip to Bolivia
I would say that the biggest challenge for anyone doing this kind of trip would be whether the PMR will allow you to do the
fitness
prep that would enable you to build the stamina to get through.

PMR Review with GP
That was after I had said that I am a bit chubby and so people ( i.e doctors :) ) often underestimate my level of physical
fitness
. He wants me to keep up the weights when I feel up to it.

Our HU forums for runners, walkers and staying fit
I know most of us are quite well known to all of our sister forums, but thought I’d just pin a little signposting 🪧 reminder that we have five sister forums dedicated to supporting our runners and walkers at various stages of their
fitness
journey, including cross-training and workout needs.

stopping bisopromol
It started with paying for an echo cardio gram and also a
fitness
test because I put it down to the meds I was on, but that general feeling of dog****. Fatigued. I’ve been taking an 80mg avorstatin, 5mg bisopromol, 5mg ramapril and 75mg aspirin.

I stuck religiously with my 3 Renopro shots a day and 1 Amyes milkshake in the morning, and have been pushing my
fitness
walking longer then I’m comfortable with. And just to add in 5he mix I gave up smoking last month too.
