I don't want to start treatment ever, however I know that I probably will at some point.
In that time I have lost weight 340->250, gone 100% Plantbased 50% RAW (dehydrated foods to keep in the enzymes) Exercise Daily, even teach a 1hr

Class twice per week. I have started using supplements to improve my immune system & attempt to increase my platelets.

I've even been able to start returning to my job as a
fitness
instructor working in gym. Something at times people said I wouldn't be able to do.

Do other people experience what feels like an increase in hyperactivity with an increase in

and or have had to adjust their meds accordingly?

S&F Catch-Up Aug’23: how is everyone doing?
It does take some time to get back to pre-Covid
fitness
levels. And Curlygurly2 , I know you had some injury niggles, but I wondered if you finished the push-up challenge yet? Is anyone still doing the daily YWA calendar Yoga practice?

Are SSRIs harmful to the liver?
In terms of
fitness
, I’ve gotten in shape ever since I was diagnosed with NAFLD I’ve dropped 60+ lbs. I am 135 lbs and 5’7ish, and in great shape, I go to the gym at least 4 times a week.

UK NICE Approves Ibrutinib +Venetoclax for First Line treatment for ALL Patients from today
This treatment is without restriction regarding
fitness
etc as so many others are but obviously your doctor will decide if this is suitable for you. Patient and our charity advocacy was critical to this approval for all patients as the initial application was only for TP53/17p patients.

High heart rate from just walking
Hi all, suddenly started with abnormally high heart rate since I was out on emtb bike on Saturday, I did try to keep heart rate up on the bike for
fitness
but did find more fatigue than usual (140-155) over 20 miles, but went for short walk on pretty much flat ground yesterday for under two miles and

Ester C - you may want to reconsider
One massive and unexpected bonus is the increase in energy levels which is helping my return to general
fitness
So having discounted vit C for decades it may well be. a long term keeper Well worth another look :)

Adenomyosis, should I have hysterectomy?
I've worked really hard on diet and exercise to see if I can improve things, and I have lost two stone from my peak weight and improved my
fitness
, but the fatigue and sleep issues still persist. I've also had a lot of brain fog, and can't remember words and ideas like I normally would.
