antidepressants and physical fitness

I have been stable on 150mg Desvenlafaxine and 300 mg Bupropion with literally no side effects for a few years. But I have noticed that I keep on getting joint related injuries in the gym. It started with the tennis elbow in both arms which keeps on coming back every few months. Then the thumbs became very tender and weak. Yesterday I got shin splints from walking on the incline treadmill. It seems that I cannot do anything remotely physical. I have always been fit and have practiced rock climbing, weightlifting and swimming all my life, among other sports. I am 47, but I think that’s not old. Could the antidepressants be the culprit? Has anyone else experienced something similar ?

Ive never heard of that.

I am 69 and believe age might be the likely problem.Train a little slower or lighter weights. Now you are aware training a little more efficiently should help the problem.
