Thank you
I smiled to myself on my way even though it started to tank it down with rain, even though I’ve had to go back I’m just redefining as a way to move forward and get my
fitness
back.

bit delayed but week 8 now underway
I am not going to lie the last 1 minute was tough but my heat rate was a LOT lower today so my
fitness
is improving. Sometimes it’s the getting started is the hardest part.

I’m trying to improve my cardio
fitness
as I have been wheezy of late and my GP thinks it might be asthma.

Is it time to give up?
The thought of losing my
fitness
is a major worry too. The physio suggested swimming, which I really don’t enjoy, or cycling, but I’m not confident on the roads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Fitness seems to be so important?
I walk daily on rough terrain to help with my
fitness
and balance and to get outside in the fresh air. I occasionally do Pilates and I've found that stretching really helps but regularly brings on cramps so I make sure that I have a hand held massager to help relax my muscles afterwards.

I'm in pieces today.
It's bad enough having PMR and GCA curtailing my cycling and
fitness
. to put down Rex was the final straw. For all who have lost. It broke my heart to see you ill Unable to play and run at will. Off your food, never known. In such pain but never shown.

what’s a acceptable heart rate range - wanting to improve fitness
Gp says gentle level walks to regain some
fitness
- hesitant to send HR to high as it seems to be quite zippy. 70-80 sitting or lying down; 100 + as soon as I stand up; up to 120+ pottering around the house: 130-140 with a bit more effort (level ground walking/mowing etc) I suspect I’ve become very

A Personal Win!
i discovered the benefits archery as a mental health thing - but also allows me to help a little with concentration, posture,

even breathing and relaxation, amongst its many benefits.

So my
fitness
must not have diminished too much. Erin chats quite a lot, focussing on both mindful and posture aspects of running, which I welcomed.

Getting back to fitness following CABG
My breathing is good when walking but not when going upstairs or an incline I’m not sure if this is just due to lack of
fitness
or other things which makes me a little wary. It would be good to hear of anyone’s experiences or advice. Many thanks.

Off plan
I'm aiming to maintain my
fitness
while I'm away and resume the Plan when I get back as I'm really enjoying it. I'm hoping to run my local 10k in October so plenty of time to prepare for that :). Actually having a date in mind will certainly focus me.
