Just a message to all the people who helped me this week when my confidence in myself and my abilities was waning.

I did it - I went out there remembering all your tips and advice, restarted week 5 run 1 and completed this easily.

I smiled to myself on my way even though it started to tank it down with rain, even though I’ve had to go back I’m just redefining as a way to move forward and get my fitness back.

Thank you to everyone for their posts of support, I’d still be pondering if I hadn’t reached out and you hadn’t so generously replied.

Looking forward to my next run 🏃‍♀️ 🥰

Such a supportive community. Don't under-estimate the power of that support and the strength of character you showed in reaching out. I've done it myself too and felt better for it! Strange running afterwards and almost feeling that support with you as you run!
