Just to start week 5 today. I’m trying to get into running. I can walk and cycle for miles but running isn’t something I’m good at. I’m trying to improve my cardio fitness as I have been wheezy of late and my GP thinks it might be asthma.

🍏 Many of us started C25K thinking we couldn’t run so you are in good company here. Well done on getting to week 5. You are definitely a committed runner!
Will pop in a link to the FAQ in case you haven’t seen them. The real secret to enjoying your runs is to run slowly & be relaxed. Look around you and listen to music if you want to. Take extra rest days if you need them. Keep posting and letting us know how you are doing! 😊
