Should I be more involved?
Good morning everyone. I have only been attached to this forum for a couple of months and right from the start, I was amazed at the knowledge most people have about AF. Talking about atrial flutters, sinus rhythms, ectopics etc. etc. I have paroxysmal AF and something or other to do with an extra heartbeat

He said that this can only be because of my daily
exercise
regime. Balance, strength and cardio for just over an hour every day. I've heard people say that
exercise
is important, now I've got proof that it definitely is.

Exercise and Afib
I know that
exercise
is strongly recommended but can
exercise
with Afib actually improve the EF or is it a case of trying to maintain what level you have? Any advice or experience regarding Afib and
exercise
would be most welcome.

Have broken skull from 2018,double seizure, diagnosed 2021 as terminal, any exercise limited especially walking on a 'slant', very dizzy!
I need to
exercise
, I have diabetes 2, formed my own diet since 2020 when I got diabetes, but apart from
exercise
bike 2,000 metres a day, I seem to be on a losing struggle, threatened with Statins, if I go on those will become a "vegetable" [ps have legs like tree trunks at present😵] am presently

ADHD-PI dad + ADHD-PH 4yo boy = Chaos
I’ll try to be brief. We both have ADHD with different classifications. All family goes to therapy. He takes Methylphenidate since 3 months ago and goes to occupational therapy. Also 1mg melatonin for sleep since he started those meds. He showed issues at school since over a year ago. Been kicked out

Hi,Still pending diagnosis from my GP, but haven't been able to participate in my normal

Exercise before FET
I hope you’re all keeping well and strong on your journey xx I have a query, what is the advice re
exercise
prior to FET? I’m assuming you can pretty much carry on as normal as there’s no stims and no ovaries enlarged ?

exercise after bypass surgery
had bypass a year ago and finally getting back to the gym - been taking it easy (possibly too easy) this last year as concerned that something may go “wrong” - but got to get back on with life - so does anyone can say that my heart/arteries are good as a normal heart and can push myself as much as I

Possibly the worst symptom of Afib
I have had 2 dramatic episodes where my ongoing heart palpitations got worse & went to my collapsing onto the floor for 20 min. I was covered in sweat, unable to move, felt dizzy, nauseous & with a tourniquet sensation on each limb. I have a doctor's followup appointment to discuss my 7 day Holter Monitor

S-ICD - Am I still able to exercise as normal without too many limitations?
I am very sporty and love running (fortunately my specialists have said I can carry on with this but I now have to take the
exercise
easier and do my training at a lower heart rate now). I just wondered if any one has an S-ICD?

Update after cardioversion
Said my two ventricles were somewhat enlarged due to age and
exercise
. Said to stay away from triggers and I can start exercising in two days. Going to take it slower and only
exercise
four days a week rather than seven. Thanks for all help and encouragement from this website.
