Anemia
After making a reasonable recovery after HA, doing loads of
exercise
etc, now find myself tired and breathless.

A question about heart rates
I originally started C25K because I was concerned that although I was fit (for walking and hills) I never did anything that could be called aerobic

Asparin - after breakfast or before exercise?
I like to
exercise
first thing in the morning, long hilly walks nothing too serious. (I go to the gym later in the day 3 times a week, but that's after eating) I was put on statins & asparin after a recent health check showed heart damage from a silent heart 😔.

No runs for 3w - hard work!
Graduated C25K in August … then got married 3 weeks ago … hence lots of celebrating & no
exercise
! Managed a very hot & sweaty slow 30mins today…. Almost stopped at 20min but just slowed right down. Not sure I’ll ever make it to 10k!! 🙄

BAT trial update
The main side effects have been fatigue for a week or so after the chemo infusion but in the last few weeks my usual modest
exercise
has me breathless and in the 9 weeks since I commenced my weight has increased by around 4 kilograms.

Fellow gym goers during FET…
I’m a regular gym goer and teach classes at a gym too, but recently I’m finding
exercise
so hard and really suffering with a sore lower back and hips which is unusual for me. Convinced that the hormones are having an effect. Is that a thing?!

Bit scared, actually
Doctor told me to stop smoking now, stop alcohol, reduce salt,
exercise
three times a week and take statins and bp meds. I was told that although my ecg was normal, my bloods showed I was worryingly close to a cardiac event. I feel scared but hopeful.

One ADHD symptom I cannot tolerate
For me this is the main one and this barely goes away with all the other wonderful things I have tried such as
exercise
, meditation etc. Other symptoms like occasionally forgetting, being a bit fidgety is not that bad or the end of the world.
