Low grade fever, Besremi, pre-PMF
I sometimes hit a brick wall when I do too much
exercise
/ activity in the first couple days after a Besremi dose and have a day or two of heavy fatigue, sometimes low grade fever.

PMDD and endometriosis help
I understand anti-depressants may be great for some people, but I am totally for a holistic route...I
exercise
regularly, I don't eat gluten or dairy, and I take lots of supplements, so I really want to avoid taking these pills, especially when the depression only affects me for a this PMDD period.

Right dose of Besremi
Additionally, I have a question regarding fatigue: When experiencing normal blood counts and iron levels, how can I ascertain if my fatigue is due to PV or it is from another cause, such as lack of
exercise
or something else ?

How much reduction in dose to lower TSH to please the specialist???
I have decent energy for
exercise
. I always have the blood drawn first thing in the morning, 24 hours after the last dose. I never take Biotin. Now he wants fresh blood work before he decides if he needs to reduce my dose to raise my TSH.

March MATness Day 5: Rolling Back
Joe called the
exercise
Rolling Back. It’s also know as Rolling like a Ball, which gives you an idea of what we’ll do. With this
exercise
the thickness of the mat probably also comes into play: The thicker the mat, the more comfortable it’ll be to roll around...

Back in permanent AF and warfarin dose decrease
He said there was no point in doing anything as I felt well with no symptoms and I could do
exercise
classes, weights, etc. with no problem. I'm OK with that. The other strange issue is that the warfarin I take to remain in the 2-3 INR range has reduced over the last 6m from 8.5 to 6.

Meditate for relaxation
Try some meditation or
exercise
to quiet your mind. This too will pass.

This is a long one
My HA and the illnesses were not allowed to mention made me feel so nervous about
exercise
and going out. AND I HAD NEVER BEEN TOLD I WAS AN OLD LADY BEFORE. I never thought of myself as old even though my age has been discussed.

I mitigate the physical side effects of the ADT by heavy
exercise
in a gym 3 or 4 times a week, weights and cardio, and walking my dog daily. I mitigate the mental confusion by playing music every day, and the preludes and postludes in my church service on Sundays.

Good News: Pegasys finally working! Bad News: Pulmonary embolus!
This event came at the heels of a long trip/flights and despite taking every travel precaution (phlebotomy before and after trip, hydration, compression socks,
exercise
, etc). I even had two negative lower extremity ultrasounds prior to the PE! It is not clear where the PE originated.

So with this in mind my option has been to start with a degree of moderation and to improve my eating regime as well as taking some kind of regular
exercise
if not daily then every other day or upto three times a week .

Arteries or electrics of my heart? Which one is causing me problems or are they both? Or is it gastric?
I enjoy the
exercise
but did some quite mild
exercise
yesterday but same dull ache and tightness in the chest resulted later in the day after my main meal. I am on Lansoprazole 30mg in case it is a gastric problem . I also have ishaemic heart disease in other places beside where my stent is.

He will not change diet and gets little
exercise
. At the same time he is quite needy. I am just hoping someone might be able to give me an idea if anyone has had or seen similar circumstances.

How I reinvented myself after PMR
I did get this into remission in 6 months by diet change and
exercise
. I started trying to walk further and further and now walk over 10,000 steps a day. So I have reinvented my body to be healthier and over 3 stones lighter. Apart from my PMR I feel a lot healthier.

An exhaustive study that offers hope that some types of activities can improve symptoms even as disease progresses
- Lifestyle factors - Aerobic
exercise
shown to modulate cortical plasticity. Meditative practices may enhance mindfulness/attention networks. Addressing stress/mood could impact compensatory engagement indirectly.
