Starting the Journey to Lose 10-15 Pounds.
Today, to help burn additional calories while at work for my usual 9.5-10 hours, I plan to engage in N.E.A.T (Non-Activity
Exercise
Thermogenis) such as fidgeting while seated and standing, continuing my frequent bathroom trips, etc., to help burn some additional calories throughout the day.

How does one coordinate?
He has refereed me to the hepatologist after he diagnosed me (within three days) and I did have a brief meeting with the hepatologist before I left for Florida (he was very nice and told me to go down, get some sun, take my meds, and
exercise
when i could). He is also 100 miles away.

Levothyroxine brands
I know I do not overeat and eat as healthily as possible and
exercise
. Recent Medichecks showed all ok and that even my TSH had begun to register. I am on Accord Levo alternating daily 75 and 100 . I cannot tolerate Teva. Dosage has been juggled since the thyroidectomy.

I eat healthy and
exercise
but I'm worried that might not be enough. My primary care doctor is supportive of me taking a wait and see position. I'm afraid to take the drug but worry about the consequences if I don't. I'm 66 years old. Any experiences or insights would be appreciated.

Sound Familiar?
I end up with a massive headache after any form of
exercise
and it takes me a few hours to recover. -Light. I've always been sensitive to light - I wear shades throughout the year and often indoors.

Hi. My daughter age 16 was diagnosed with pcos earlier this year by a paediatric endocrinologist. She is really cold?!
When she got a lot of sunshine and
exercise
over the summer she seemed to have a light period most months and acne improved. She does not have hirsutism or overweight. She may. Have thinking hair. Antibiotics for acne has not really helped.

Possible Overmedication Woes
I've had to put my gym membership on hold as I wanted to concentrate on my health and frankly I was really struggling to
exercise
. At first it was blamed on asthma but I have no wheezing, cough or tightness in my chest.

New Concept?
So the concept which I am still evaluating is to flood my body with B12 and heavily
exercise
for three days then reduce.

Can your HR be over 200 without you noticing?
My husband is away on business and I'm stuck bouncing off the walls alone at home 😭 Point of clarity - the other peak before 20:00 was my cardiac rehab class, 20 min warmup, 20 min vigorous
exercise
and 20 min cool-down. And I felt my HR was raised then!

Zoladex -please tell me it gets better!
I am going to push myself to up my
exercise
and eat very healthy - but will this make a difference or will the weight cling to me? I would really love to her from anyone who has managed to lose some weight whilst on the drug and offer some advice.

First cardio session 🤣
Pre heart attack as I've mentioned before did weights and
exercise
. Today I went in and did the treadmill, rowing machine , several weight machines and then ' oohh I feel dizzy and very light headed' The cardio rehab team spotted this immediately, lay me down on the floor and checked me.

Logging exercise
I've been swimming over the last few weeks but it won't allow me to log it as it wasn't one of the suggested exercises. How do I log this please? Thank you!

advice irritates me
Instead, they tell me to meditate, pray, drink water, seek professional help, get more
exercise
, take vitamins, and share a list of coping skills. They assume I'm not already doing that and act as if I've somehow gotten to the age of 21 and managed to be ignorant of what my options are.
