What really happened?
Since then I generally feel somewhat worse than I did before the procedure although I have now managed to get back to quite a lot of
exercise
(20 miles walking a week) and recently even some running which I am delighted about (eg Park Run once a week c.31 minutes and improving).

Osteochondral defect, loose bodies in the knee and Baker's cyst.
The pain is depriving me from swimming, my most comfortable means
exercise
. I am resting the knee for the next couple of days because am back to work on Thursday. I have been referred to orthopedics with a recommendation of surgery. Please any advice on home remedies for painkillers or managing.

Need to get dressed and do a little shoveling mainly for
exercise
as I could really just leave it. Both my vehicles are 4 wheel drive so I could just drive over it as I have a flat driveway and would be no problem. I like doing the backyard so Rozy doesn’t fall down, poor girl 😂.

propranolol for SVT
Rate goes to 160’s for 5-10 minutes when I try walking even slowly for
exercise
. Goes into 120’s just doing mild activities such as showering. Since I had been on propranolol years ago before Afib and SVT I asked EP cardiologist if I could try it instead of carvedilol.

March MATness Day 9: Rocker With Open Legs
Especially with this
exercise
, it’s important to listen to your body and do what feels right for your body today.

Post ablation fatigue - update
I think even so this is massively better than the experience of
exercise
induced afib which can be crippling. A few times I have thought I felt some vagal afib when sitting or walking around, maybe four times in total and very brief, ( minutes or seconds).

I am new to the group and NAFLD!
The abdominal pain was deemed a pulled muscle from
exercise
but that's how they caught the liver issue. I am thankful that it's not so far gone to the point that nothing can be done.

She had polio as a child so is physically disabled and
exercise
is out of the question but I’m concerned she will do more than she should in other ways.

Exercise leading to needing more B12
I've worked myself up to leading a reasonably active life, but decided to take things to the next level and have upped my
exercise
, although not significantly. I just need to get fitter. The upshot has been that I've had to up my SI to weekly.

Officially sourced LDN
I started using CT3M in June 22 with some initial success but after returning to
exercise
I experienced a big energy crash 4 months in and am struggling to recover. I am interested in trying LDN to get my antibodies down and improve my cortisol.

New to PMR and hopefully its on its way out!
Also, what would you recommend regarding
exercise
- I think that mild
exercise
helps, although maybe I then feel later on - not sure! Looking forward to any suggestions/help/support/advice

Have you been neglecting your soleus?
So here is a ★
life hack
★ for me to use in the future:
Every time I stretch my calf muscle with a straightened knee, I'll repeat the
with a bent knee. This should allow both gastric and soleus parts of the calf muscle to be targeted.

staying safe
we have been extremely careful since the start of Covid but we obvious can’t expect our family to
exercise
the same level of caution and restrictions. what do others do when they live with extended family members or have young children ? to be honest I feel quite stressed thinking about it all.
