I'm stuck
I know
exercise
would help. But I can't get myself to do it. I know talking to loved ones would help. But I can't figure out how to make a call. I manage to start something and I can't continue for very long. I don't really know what to do. I did therapy.

So Long Bisoprolol (hopefully)
Anyway, hopefully I'll continue to improve, I'll still attend my rehab follow-on
exercise
class, Sat morning Parkruns (quite a bit of walking involved), improved diet and adherence to the meds and avoid any more all-inclusive stays at the big place with the white coats and masks and the beep beep machines

I was assured that over the course of the next three months the sensation would be less common and potentially gone completely, and was also recommended light cardio and
exercise
to speed up the adjustment time. Hope this helps future and present pacer recipients.

B Complex comparison
Others, I looked at Vitabiotics, Purolabs, Viridian and others, they either don't tell you which forms of the Bs they include or they use Folic Acid and I'm MTHFR so no use to me therefore not included here 🙂 Upshot of this
exercise
- I will buy Thorne again, continue with it 2 - 3 times a week to make

Can anyone help with a letter please.
I am sick to death of hearing my daily routine is the’wrong kind’ of
exercise
! By the end of each day I feel I am dying and cannot move another muscle let alone stand at the kitchen sink throwing my legs all over the place! Even with the help of the sink my ankles give way and over I go!

Need advice
Not getting any
exercise
as such right now. Bit achey round neck and shoulders today but not sure whether PMR, side effects of new medication or the effects of lack of
exercise
. Have insisted on handling my own steroids whilst here. Don’t really want to add anything unless necessary .

Gluten ataxia.
For many there is still no medication and only if you don't respond to a gluten free diet are you offered anything.A gluten free diet and a healthy eating approach along with regular
exercise
helps. I also take lots of high dose supplements.

Pushing vs being Pushed
In the last 6 weeks I have been developing a method and increasing my understanding of how pushing thru
exercise
affects me with my current level of having healed. In a way giving me control in that I know more what I should do. I have never been a no pain no gain guy.

Lymphatic drainage massages
It seems intuitive
exercise
and hydration would be good for this potentially but should have no real negative side effects. Lymphatic drainage massages on the other hand sound like something that could carry risks. Has anyone tried lymphatic drainage massages?

Two questions for those dealing with Afib:
For example, if you have a daily
exercise
routine and have an Afib episode that last several hours or a day and have recovered in the morning, would you still do that afternoon's workout? Do you drive to shop or work that day? Have doctors discussed with you any precautions to take post Afib?

Suggestions for treating an itchy scalp?
During this recent hot weather in the U.K. my scalp has been sweating copiously at the slightest
exercise
, necessitating my having a flannel at hand to mop off the sweat. I have been resigned to this, but now my scalp has got very itchy, and I am sure it is due to the sweat.

PMDD and endometriosis help
I understand anti-depressants may be great for some people, but I am totally for a holistic route...I
exercise
regularly, I don't eat gluten or dairy, and I take lots of supplements, so I really want to avoid taking these pills, especially when the depression only affects me for a this PMDD period.
