Orbitrek exercise thingy.
I'm always looking for ways to
exercise
- without actually doing any. So, I was wondering about this Orbitrek thing I have seen on TV. Has anyone bought one and do you feel any benefit?

Researchers: Exercise should be prescribed for people with Parkinson's
based on an extensive literature review recently published in the journal Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery & Psychiatry, researchers from Aarhus University conclude that physical
exercise
should be a significant factor in the treatment of Parkinson's patients."

t12 and exercise
is there anyone with my dx t12 with superior end-plate deformity that still do exercises because someone has said to be very careful as your compression disc's can collapse more, I get a bit breathless when I go for my daily walk, I have had a reclast infusion last April but I don't know if it is doing

Exercise and PMR
I was trying to do those when I started getting the pains and swelling from PMR, so was unable to do any
exercise
at all apart from a bit of walking. Now I’m starting all over again with exercises and I don’t know how to progress.

aches and pains when I exercise.
In the last year I have noticed I hurt and get stabbing pains in my ankle and lower back and hip after any form of
exercise
. Makes it difficult to keep in shape.

endo, dessicated, t3, scalp issues/ severe hair loss.
I’m back 😵💫 Mediocre news. been on 60mcg t3 for a while and while it works & have come back to life there are issues. Bloods showed slight hyper so dropped to 50. Genius Nhs refused to test free t3 & ran tests for t4 which of course I don’t have because I don’t have gland anymore (and as private

VERY limited exercise… am I kidding myself
Further, I have some little 3 pound hand weights that I use for a modest
exercise
regimen: I double them up (making a whopping 6 pounds) for some of my exercises. So, am I just kidding myself, or is such limited
exercise
beneficial? Thank you, Robert

Swimming
He's physically well, has just finished cardio rehab & has been told to
exercise
normally. However the physios have told him to focus on leg/lower body exercises & also on upright
exercise
. When told he has always swum they said he could swim perhaps. It's all a bit vague.

Work/life balance
I realized that I like the
exercise
that I had done that time we were there, it was refreshing. I’m hoping to get back into exercising but with work and school I’ve been bombarded. It’s either I do
exercise
or I sleep and do work. It can get hectic but I really want to start to work on my health.

You are not alone.
Exercise
, if you can. Meditation, breathing exercises. Medication, in the right doses. Your mind is the strongest and most complex part of your body, it’s ok if you don’t feel ok, it happens to more people than we realise and Even if they don’t admit it.

Oxygen saturation
Based on our experiences the last few days, I wondered if low oxygen saturation is a common issue in PSP?My husband was taken to A&E in an ambulance on Monday - after ECG, blood tests and chest X-ray, it turned out that his chest pains were just muscular and that his heart and lungs were perfectly fine

did an interesting exercise yesterday!
So, while I wait ( oh so very patiently) for my Respiratory O/P appointment to arrive ( original referral sent by GP on 31 August 2022) I decided, in the hope that I get to see a more enlightened Consultant than my old one, to write out the saga of my dealings with their department since I first saw
