Coming off of medication?
He’s struggling to do any
exercise
as he feels dizzy and weakened when his heart rate gets high. I understand why he’s on them and it’s a preventative measure from the NHS but the side effects are a lot to deal with.

Relieve pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?
Pain in the penis, scrotum, and perineum can be distressing, but there are several approaches that may help relieve the discomfort. Here are some suggestions: 1. Apply warm compress: Placing a warm compress or towel on the affected area can help relax the muscles and reduce pain. Ensure the compress

Eustachian tube disorder/congestion on one side...causing tinnitus.
I've had intermittent relief from a range of things including neck massage and things that clear my sinuses such as saunas, swimming, long fresh air walks, any time I've had a temperature and sometimes from
exercise
, etc.

My Labs are back- recommendations pretty please.
I eat healthy,
exercise
and take care of myself. Had yearly physical and got my GP to do the different iron labs. It appears that all my labs are WNL’s, I am wondering if I should take some iron supplements anyway to see if it will decrease my RLS symptoms.

Weight gain ?
Since my diagnosis (PV) my diet has improved, I drink so much water and
exercise
more. It just won’t shift though. I’m only on Aspirin daily. Anyone else had similar or am I trying to find a justification?!

A very long flare or mental stress and grief?
I had muscle wasting which left me in a wheelchair, then I used an
exercise
bike and walks to strengthen my legs. Over time my walking improved, it took years though. In 2019, I got injured again.

END GAME We may be alone
I did instinctively increase my already full
exercise
program ( I was an athlete, dam it ) but found no one at the time who could offer a PD
exercise
program and most trainers stepped back when PD was mentioned .

Mojo wasn’t gone - it was just hiding
It’s easy to forget but amazing how much
exercise
can lift your spirits. I’m proud to say I’ve got Week 1 of my new 10k plan safely tucked under my belt. I’m especially pleased since the weather has not exactly been playing ball - frequent heavy downpours and strong chill winds to contend with.

Question of the Week: Why did you start to run?
A lot of us start C25K having done little or no
exercise
since we left school. Others used to be active but life intervened - work, children, illness, injury, other responsibilities. Were you advised by your doctor that you needed to get more active.

Meds & raised blood sugar
The standard advice on all sites re prediabetes is: 1. to lose weight- my brother is already underweight 2. to take
exercise
, based on the recommendation of 150- 75 mins which raises the heart rate - impossible & risky in his case 3. To drink more - recommended 6 -8 glasses of water a day.

Can you live longer than 20 years with cirrhosis
At the moment I fairly fit 67 year old,
exercise
. go to the gym. I have sic monthly check ups bloods and scan and there all pretty much the same. So my wife thinks I will die in two years as that is what Dr Google says. Does anyone know why the PUG score say 15 to 20.

I
exercise
religiously everyday (always have) and I'm taking the drugs. Will they play around with the drugs? What are the likely or possible courses of action? I'd appreciate any info 👍 👊

26 yo, can you help me?
Specially these last 6 months I wasn't able to do any
exercise
because of my fatigue. My cholesterol HDL is 24 mg/dL , LDL is 170 mg/dL, and my total cholesterol/HDL ratio is 8.8:1. Is it really bad? Can it be a coronary artery disease?

Physiotherapy and lack of understanding
I'm unsure how many of these younger physiotherapists can grasp how hard manual work is, they sit in warm offices typing away on a keypad, still wet behind the ears and telling you that you need to do
exercise
🙄 obviously I'm not a youngster anymore (60) and the body is getting worn out.
