Do’s and don’ts during IVF
As in, little or no alcohol, limit caffeine, avoid seafood, strenuous
exercise
etc. Are these things anyone has been advised throughout your own IVF journey? I also read you shouldn’t use nail varnish? If anyone can offer any advice or additional information, that would be helpful. Thank you.

Exercise
makes pain worse. So not only 6" shorter so can't reach stuff or bend down but I now look like the old lady on the road sign! I may look it but mentally I don't feel it. Just having a moan. 😁 Hope yall having a good day. 🤗 Keep on trucking, gently. 🤭

I am going to adjust my diet and try to lose weight this way, but I know that
exercise
really helps me to quell my hunger and need a good way to
exercise
without being in massive pains for days afterwards.

Lower Back Pain
I
exercise
and walk. I really struggle to bend down and sit for over 10 minutes. Does anyone else suffer likewise and if so how do you manage the pain? I am fed up of the doctors only changing my pain killers, which so far don't seem to work. Look forward to hearing any replies. Thank you.

Been going out walks a lot with Mr D , both had sore backs , mr D got physio but must admit he isn’t very good at keeping to his
exercise
programme. Mines the usual ribs and back but still going to get these walks in.

Had some positive thoughts about anxiety and wanted to share
Let's get on to the list I made: - Daily
exercise
. I used to be a runner a full 12 years ago, before I had any anxiety, and I want to get back to that. I was having a late night ChatGPT session asking about anxiety and one of the things it recommended is aerobic
exercise
.

BP Meds 10mg Amplod + 10mg Ramipril ?
I regularly
exercise
be it mountain walking, running and various forms of cardio
exercise
and for my age consider I am fairly fit and generally healthy. I am worried about the dosage of medications knowing that in the UK 10mg is the maximum prescribed dose for each medication.

Don't exercise - just dance
The physio exercises taught me by the hospital could have been effective but were so boring I did not do them, it had never been necessary for me to deliberately
exercise
as I cycled and walked everywhere.

How it feels to have stopped steroids
And yoga and weekly
exercise
class has helped. Probably like most I felt much better when we got those odd spring days. And last week cut down a couple of bushes in the garden and went to ballet class which I think was over doing things.

Recurring Pericarditis
So finally got rid of the infection but chest pains stayed and worsened with physical
exercise
. Doctors found no inflammation on Ultrasound but said it is probable that it is Pericarditis. 6/7 months later I am on my 3rd ‘flare up’ finishing my course of colchicine and painkillers.

T3 question
I still can’t shift the excess weight even though I’m able to
exercise
and I watch what I eat. I now have numb feet. Could this be connected to my thyroid as I read somewhere that if you are under medicated then it can cause this issue.

Clueless!
But I have not done
exercise
really other than a bit of walking (if it has not been too wet - which it has) and consequently my hips and legs are getting a bit achey. I know my father was diagnosed with an 'irregular heart beat’ a few years before he died. But I have no idea how it affected him.
