PMR, exercise & tapering
Or should I stay at 15mg (or possibly increase slightly), try to increase
exercise
and work with that so that eventually increased
exercise
and tapering go hand in hand (I know there’ll be hiccups).

ME/CFS and CLL
I also have moderate/severe chronic fatigue syndrome and feel I am getting worse, I have read
exercise
is good for CLL but unfortunately the worst thing for CFS 🤷♀️ I was wondering if anyone else had both these chronic diseases and what their experience is please?

Ibrance, letrozole when to take?
Thankfully am able to live a full-ish life,, running our home,
exercise
etc. I have experimented with the best times to take my meds , currently taking let at 18.30 and ibrance at 20.30 . I wonder if anyone has been given any specific advice as to when to take these meds for max effect?

Further evidence that even moderate exercise is good for your long term health - particularly when you have CLL!
Jeremy Faust, MD Now there’s evidence to support that the frequency/pattern of your
exercise
does not matter. You can
exercise
every day or you can do so less frequently but for longer (“weekend warriors”).

Best way to track changes?
She has been experimenting with
exercise
, diet, meditation, supplements, etc and trying to see what works. She is putting off meds like levadopa for now, but if symptoms worsen in the future she may turn to those. Yes she is working with a doctor that specializes in PD.

26 yo, can you help me?
Specially these last 6 months I wasn't able to do any
exercise
because of my fatigue. My cholesterol HDL is 24 mg/dL , LDL is 170 mg/dL, and my total cholesterol/HDL ratio is 8.8:1. Is it really bad? Can it be a coronary artery disease?

Quitting work
I’m in the lucky position where we can survive on my partner’s wage for a few months so I’m treating it as a career break to prioritise mental health,
exercise
and a healthy diet and see if I can get this shit back on track.

Bridgefeast--nice post! More on exercise
I highly recommend a chest expander as a way to provide upper body resistance
exercise
. Not only does exercising with a chest expander increase strength but the
exercise
can be therapeutic for damaged shoulders.

Dexa shows left hip worse
When I received my results last year, I changed my
exercise
routine by doing more hip and spine exercises and weight resistance. I also started walking and running on the treadmill. I also have been taking vitamin 100 MCG K2 M-7.

My uncertain heart
And (to get to where all this is leading) if I go into AF should I try raising my heart rate with
exercise
before reaching for flecainide?

Normal BMI, high body fat percentage - what gives?
I have had a little more energy of late to
exercise
etc as I guess resistance training might make a difference. I also suspect I’m not yet quite at my “sweet spot” meds-wise and that years of damage might take a long time to sort themselves out Any other thoughts?

Huge difference between DEXA and REMS
In August of this year, my DEXA scan T-score readings were: Left femoral neck: -2.3, left hip overall: -2.0 Right femoral neck: -2.5, right hip overall: - 2.3 Spine: -0.9 Nov.27 - only 3 months later and working on bone health through
exercise
and nutrition/supplements, I got a REMS scan at Sanford

There's Matness in March!
💐 Last year, I posted the
exercise
of the day so that we could all follow along. This year, we'll build on that by encouraging each other to try this again! On March 1st, I'll post a slightly edited version of my summary post and we can share our experiences on weekly posts.
