If I can’t do my job without meds, should I find another job?
Also, some of my issues likely stem from using medication as my main tool and failing to focus on other things that make my ADHD better or worse, like sleep,
exercise
, good diet, environment, stress management, etc. I know this is also an issue.

Time to change
I usually find so many excuses to not do any
exercise
, but today I overcame myself and looking forward to my next run.😀

Fear symptoms returning
B/p getting lower and lower after
exercise
. 83/58. This week B/p gone to 130/79 but accompanied by discomfort in left breast which is relieved with top dose of Entresto always at tea time. I thought it was muscle ache but felt relief from entresto so maybe heart! Any thoughts?

Improvement in bone density
They told me that the advice regarding
exercise
for someone in my position had changed and that it would be safe for me to take up jogging or slow running using a carefully graded approach.

Diagnosed with CLL in October 2022 W&W
I also try to
exercise
everyday. This includes weight training 2x/wk and walking several miles each day. I supplement every day with EGCG and Turmeric for my CLL specifically (paying attention to liver enzymes), B vitamins, Vit D w/K, Digestive enzymes, Zinc, Magnesium and Papaya Leaf Extract.

lung pain with blood clots
A third time the same doctor who told me I had angina said it was just my fibromyalgia and I needed to
exercise
more! A couple of weeks later a different doctor was checking out my heart to see if I had angina (I don’t) and on the ct scan they spotted multiple blood clots on both lungs again….

I actually did it! My first 10k
I’d do any thing else
exercise
wise but just don’t ask me to run, ever! Well did the couch to 5k last year and I just ran my first 10k! I am over the moon! I hour and 10 mins but since I started running age 60 I don’t think that’s too bad. I have now signed up for my 1st official 10k in August.
