Exercise webinar today
I have just watched the webinar covering the launch of a booklet concerning
exercise
routines for PMR/GCA sufferers. Well done to all who contributed. It was clearly popular and I estimate 250 people watched. My question now is how to download the booklet and/or how to get a hard copy.

Help for exercise
So in between time, whilst I walk to a little shop where I volunteer twice a week, I feel I don’t do a lot of
exercise
. I think I need a shove or something to get outside. Any helpful suggestions welcomed.
