Liver Results - Noone can tell me whats normal
Hi All, I'm generally very healthy (lots of
exercise
) although since I was approx 23 (I'm now 57) my GGT levels have been elevated to between 58-88. This concerned me a little (didn't really concern my Doc) although my ALT's & AST's have always been within normal range.

Simply waiting - MVR and dilated left atrium
Nothing I do will really have a positive impact - a healthy diet helps ( I do ) moderate
exercise
rather than my usual HiiT and marathons will help ( Pilates my new thing !) but other than that wait and see and monitor .

running and endo
This happens on days when I’m not in pain so feels quite directly triggered by aerobic
exercise
- it doesn’t happen when doing non cardio things like Pilates for example.

Tachycardia, exercise and exhaustion
By mid Feb, my health has slowly improved, and joined the gym, and began to
exercise
, 4-5 days per week. Starting of at a slow pace, and I thought making progress. By Apr, I began to experience a number of arrythmias, or as I knew them palpitations, and some weeks, my life was un-barrable.

Over exercising cause ongoing ectopics/arrhythmia?
My husband has a theory that my history of over doing it with
exercise
caused my PVCs (I used to train muay thai 2 hours day 5 days a week and we got pushed until practically collapsing. PVCs started 3 years afterwards).

The sceptical me thinks this is a money saving
exercise
rather than a medical need as the doctor I saw in August told me my bloods were fine.

fainting
I was previously diagnosed with vasovegal syncope and given an isometric
exercise
to stop the faints. I thought I’d be safe because of the stents but I wasn’t. Has anyone had an experience like this?
