Anyone else on Disability for mental health?
I am currently looking for a p/t job that is not stressful but yet that will allow some socializing and brain activity/
exercise
. Is anyone else here on disability and not currently working? If so, what are some things you do to stay engaged/occupied. Thank you! Shannon

Intermittent Fasting follow-up
I don’t need to lose weight but I do need to tone up - so I am adding 60 minutes if
exercise
into that schedule. I am looking forward to being my own lab rat 🤣 everything I have read has been very positive.

Travel Insurance
No further tests, actions (other than diet,
exercise
etc.), or medications were prescribed. So, my question is: should I declare the diagnosis/condition on any medical insurance screening ? and if so, under what category?

Do those with thin linings have light periods?
I walk a lot and
exercise
regularly, dry brush, castor oil packs, eat beetroot soup and bone broth daily. Has anyone else had thin lining, light periods but been successful? Thanks

Help with latest results please for endo appointment
I feel energy had been reduced for some time prior to this and haven’t had energy to do much
exercise
. Any advice as to what to say to the endocrinologist when I see her? Does my T4 result indicate I am already on a high enough dose of Levo?? Many thanks 🙏

When to start exercise?
Or am I best advised to start light
exercise
? Only looking for thoughts as I am bored! Ha. Things going OK so far in terms of progress. Still get light headed, short of breath on occasion etc as I heard is rather common. Anyway thanks for any responses, in advance.

Return to work, a few weeks in
Mentally I’m ready to
exercise
the nodules and engage, physically the adjustment isn’t so smooth. Many months off work re-enforces the fact you have a serious illness and it doesn’t go away overnight.

Night sweats
When I
exercise
it doesn't take long for the sweat to pour since I was a kid. If I'm outside in the day the sweat often releases at night. So I can't quite tell if the nights when I wake up sweaty are just me being me or are they CLL night sweats.

Muddled
The specialist said not much can be done or taken and possible duecto my PV treatment but that if the pain wasn’t hampering my daily activities to keep going with mild
exercise
and walking. The only “solution” but not a cure might be gel injections of hyoloronic acid.

What Helps Me With Hypochondria
Intense
exercise
ALWAYS make me feel better both because it's a stress release and because I find myself thinking that if I can
exercise
this hard, I can't really be sick. 4. I use 4 "ifs".
