Atorvastatin triggering AF?
His
exercise
tolerance has increased dramatically and he has been tackling some quite strenuous diy tasks that he's been unable to face for a long time. Sorry this has been a long post.

I
exercise
by walking. The doctor has not called me. Has anyone had this or know anything about it? Thank you! Should I call my primary care doctor?

Hand grip training for lowering blood pressure?
Nobody has spoken to me about this lifestyle/
exercise
approach. It seems to be a relatively new finding, so maybe the information hasn’t filtered through yet. Does anyone know more about this please?

Exertion triggering flutter condition - ablation, or no
I (60m) noticed and then was diagnosed for typical right atrial flutter which I can often (not always) trigger with
exercise
if my HR approaches 140.

Starting Sertraline for PMDD
The symptoms in the week leading up to my period have made me realise I need to try something more than diet and
exercise
, so this has been recommended for the two weeks at the end of each cycle.

I
exercise
and do weights lifting. If you experience it, how do you deal with this? Any starching or exercises? Any supplements like Magnesium, Barberine? Is this common or rare? Thank you.

Relvar Ellipta
Exercise
and cold air are major triggers, and I thought I would pass out on a 1 mile walk to the supermarket and back. On Friday, the doc put me on Relvar Ellipta inhaler, which is a combination of steroid (92 mcg) and a long acting bronchodilator, which I take once a day.

If you had to delete all but 3 apps from your smartphone, which ones would you keep?
I'd keep: 1) the Health app that tracks my food,
exercise
, and sleep 2) the Internet app so I can keep up with the news, weather, and everything else 3) the YouTube app so I can watch short clips during my mental breaks throughout the day

Here on behalf of my dad
On that note, I'd like to add that my dad keeps wanting to
exercise
but then overdoes it, complains of pain, and is particularly stubborn when it comes to lifestyle changes (Yes, so many contradictions sigh). Anyway looking forward to hearing from you!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
I am doing my
exercise
and feel happy. Making time to get away and listen to sobriety Podcasts. The Bad - Desperately wanting a drink when I had an argument and hurtful things were said. Drink dreams. Sudden panic at the thought of never drinking again.

ADT, Weightlifting, protein and vegetarian diet
But I wonder, how does one get the needed 75-100 grams of balanced, complete protein that someone at 5hrs per week
exercise
needs...especially when also lifting weights? That's a lot of beans and rice. Thanks everyone for your responses in advance.

Determined!
Despite awaiting for an appointment regarding my bone on bone damaged arthritic knee which means I cannot walk far I find I can use an
exercise
bike. This is doing me good both physically and mentally.
