Wall Pilates

Hi all, I recently signed up for an app to do a month of wall Pilates to get some exercise and strengthen my core but only did about 18 days. The app I used didn't fit my needs and had standing to floor and then back to standing exercises. Then my B12 and Iron levels got very low and I just didn't have the energy to complete the 30 days.

I was wondering if anyone else has tried any that they could recommend or even any good videos on YouTube

The one I used was called Yoga-Go.

Thanks
