I work Monday to Friday until 3.00 as a classroom assistant but after work I have no energy to
exercise

Long term study… sugars and artificial sweeteners increase risk of AF
I used to drink a lot of sports drinks to avoid dehydrating during
exercise
but now it’s lemon water or coconut water for me.

Can anybody who has a dual diagnosis of coronary artery disease and atrial fibrilation share their experience or offer advice ?
During
exercise
however I still intermittently experienced some numbness in my arms and tightening of the chest. It was nowhere near as serious as the pain I felt before the stents but still it bothered me. Recently the pain seemed to get worse and I thought I better get it checked out.

So glad to find this group today
Today I was Googling to find out if
exercise
, PT or chiropract are generally recommended for PMR, and came upon the group website. After reading a sample of opinions, now I've already found a Bowen therapist in my part of California, so I will found out how that works for me.

heart attack and stent fitted and never saw it coming
I could really do with an
exercise
plan and diet plan to stick to as my brain can’t really cope with much and it would be easier to just follow a plan.

Remote monitoring apps
Plus I can see my heart rate, track
exercise
etc too. Is anyone else using docobo or anything else to log stuff for their heart team or GP to use for monitoring and what do you think of it?

Quadratus Lumborem Pain
My physical therapist did dry needling (which didn't help) so she gave me an
exercise
to help heal it but the pain keeps coming back. Has anyone out there had experience with this problem ? Any info would be much appreciated :-) Cheers, Craig

GCA concerns
My heart rate elevates easily with
exercise
, but does drop readily when i rest. I feel better after gentle
exercise
. My symptoms seem so classic. I no longer have the fevers and night sweats, so that is the one positive in this seemingly long lasting journey.

Persistent gout in renal transplant.
The situation is quite serious as I'm unable to
exercise
properly and that can have knock on issues. My createnine is normally above 300 so the kidney is not at its best but not bad enough to put me on the list for another transplant. Has anyone else been in this predicament? Found a solution?

Trial with new exercise method.
I expect that I will use the 5Ks as a measure although if I did not have the availability issue with injectables I might have been able to integrate them into my
exercise
regime. I find that more than one form of B12 to be most effective.

when I started this project I was upto walking 6000 steps a day , even managed 11000 Steps due to my job and taking dog out , unfortunately because of my job I’m now injured and struggling with my program.
