Prednisone and Muscles
Her answer was "that doesn't matter, it just means you're not exercising" and ignored me after I informed her that I
exercise
every single day. How presumptuous, dismissive and rude! 😡 I knew the importance of
exercise
and have been religiously putting in the work. Should I be concerned?

Plant sterols for cholesterol and continuous glucose monitor for blood sugar - good results
It was a brilliant investment showing the impact of meal content and
exercise
on blood glucose. It showed what to be very wary of - eg grapes. It showed that
exercise
after meals, like a walk of 30 to 45 minutes kept blood glucose stable - but when
exercise
stopped it rose significantly.

Hello, I was diagnosed with
exercise
induced asthma in Jan 2022 and since then have tried various inhalers. I’m currently on Luforbec using the MART regime, so twice a day as standard and then when needed before
exercise
. I’ve also been taking Montelukast for the last six months.

I am a 75year old man, who over the years has neglected myself with lack of
exercise
and over eating. the good thing is I don't smoke or drink, So decided it was time if not to late to get back into shape that I was in my army days, and NHS couch to 5k was the plane I decided on.

On the couch
The ‘above the neck’ cold that is ok to
exercise
with upgraded itself to a full on fever, aches and fatigue, as well as scratchy eyeballs and throat, and nostrils like open faucets. I have had to call in sick to work, and retire to the sickness couch. It’s better than the injury couch, anyway.

I'm losing weight I've found a great
exercise
program that really suits me I don't want these awful meds to halt my progression to feeling better.

Effects of medications
I was told that only
exercise
is so I do that. Some believe that nicotine is so I have been on nicotine gum for several months. So far I have not noticed progression. My primary symptom is weakness in my dominant hand.

Pain Post exercise after Heart Attack,
when I
exercise
with weights (light ones), I seem ok, and when I walk short (10 minutes) periods I feel fine. I have confusion due to indigestion with all the new medications that I take, but when I walk or lightly jog, I feel an ache later.

Wearable tech to track meds interactions and efficacy?
I'm wondering if anyone has used wearable tech such as the pd tracking apps on the apple watch to track their symptoms and the interactions with meds (and food and
exercise
and protein etc). I love a good statistic and if I can find that sweet spot that improves my quality of life all the better?

Improving your fitness in persistent A-fib
I was hoping to find some advice that would guide a-fibers as on an
exercise
programme (and/or principles) on how to optimise the limited time they have during the week to increase their fitness.

I
exercise
most days. Some weeks ago I went for a routine smear test. I am post menopausal. The gynaecologist discovered a growth on an ovary, a large uterine fibroid and uterine hyperplasia that is a thickening of the womb which can be linked to cancer.
