Urinary incontinence post surgery
Active (could

SVT/BP
Hi I was diagnosed with SVT brought on by
exercise
about 3 years ago. Cardiologist tried an ablation, but said I had numerous electrical paths and wasn't clear which one was causing the SVT, so ablation was not performed.

Favorite meditation
Trusting in science I’m also taking responsibility for myself and add, as many of you, complementary components such as diet,
exercise
and meditation. Currently my favorite meditation is from Louise Hay. Maybe some in this group want to try it out, too: https://youtu.be/5dmgSEI-vbU?

Does anyone have this symptom ?
Exercise
triggers it. All bloods and tests came back clear. Had no diagnosis, suspecting RLS or BFS. Does anyone else have this symptom please ?

I am having some muscle stiffness in the morning after doing
exercise
, mainly from doing workouts with light weights. Should I continue or just do body weight workout? Any advice would be welcome. Also since being on steroids my weight hasn't gone up but my belly has got bigger any help with this.

Is 3 runs a week enough exercise?
Is this enough
exercise
to see and feel changes? Do I need to do more? Has anyone else have noticed the difference within 4 weeks?

Does Diltiazem (Angitil SR90) make you feel very tired?
I've never seen her so tired and
exercise
intolerant - has anyone else experienced this? She suffers principally from diastolic heart failure but developed AF while on the spiro, its now too high without the meds. She gas Raynauds as well which is why she was swapped from verapamil

Update on fibroscan
Once your body is free of food energy when you
exercise
there is only place that energy is coming from, visceral and liver.
