what next?
Hello, I was diagnosed with
exercise
induced asthma in Jan 2022 and since then have tried various inhalers. I’m currently on Luforbec using the MART regime, so twice a day as standard and then when needed before
exercise
. I’ve also been taking Montelukast for the last six months.

What dosage are Carvedilol users on?
Afternoon, I've switched off bisoprolol onto Carvedilol and am still getting some episodes of Afib/ flutter with a high heart rate during
exercise
. I started on 3.25mg Carvedilol twice daily, now on 6.5mg twice daily, the next logical step is to jump to 12.5 mg twice daily.

As always, again, of there is any pain, not just the discomfort sometimes felt with a new
exercise
, then do stop!

Facial flushing tips
Also when I
exercise
. I know it's probably never going to be cured but if anyone has advice for how to reduce it or any treatment that worked for them to minimise it? I would be grateful for advice as it effects my self esteem so much. Thanks :)

Plant sterols for cholesterol and continuous glucose monitor for blood sugar - good results
It was a brilliant investment showing the impact of meal content and
exercise
on blood glucose. It showed what to be very wary of - eg grapes. It showed that
exercise
after meals, like a walk of 30 to 45 minutes kept blood glucose stable - but when
exercise
stopped it rose significantly.

So far so good then she mentioned getting back to her sport , how at one time
exercise
was considered a no no with RA but now
exercise
is recommended, so is able to train and compete again in her sport.

TWW and beyond exercise and relaxation advice
Obviously, I can't do the gym etc during the TWW and not sure about after, was hoping you lovely ladies could perhaps give me some tips on how you manage stress and, should this be successful, which
exercise
is permitted during pregnancy?

stress related relapse?
Down to 6mgs Pred for GCA/ PMR. was doing well with rest and
exercise
and then hubby had double bypass operation just over two weeks ago. Am now getting the odd sharp pain in the temples about once a day. Really sharp. Wondering if I should go back up to 10 mgs for a week or two.

ADT/Exercise and QoL thanks
Exercise
has been critical in helping me feel good and not be battered by ADT (other than those darn hot flashes!). Set your intention to be consistent in going to the gym, it does make a difference.

How do you know you have torn glutes?
How can you tell if you have torn glutes or if they are just achy from
exercise
or too deep a massage? Thank you.

But I honestly have lost hope that I will ever be able to
exercise

My adrenals need a little expert help
Dear Forum, I am at 4 mg, pretty steady but I think that my adrenals are not producing enough cortisol to counter sufficiently my low level of
exercise
. I feel very grateful that my last flare was very mild and was managed very successfully with the advice in this forum.

Cambridge area OP exercise class?
I have osteoporosis and would love to find a fun, regular, class run locally in the Cambridge area, which involves suitable weight resistance/core strength exercises and is aimed particularly at patients with OP (and run by a physio or someone who is knowledgeable about OP). Has anyone heard of such

No matter what I seemed to do eating healthy,
exercise
and smaller portion (it just not working for me) concerns of at some point this may not be healthy on my transplanted Kidney.
