I was given a cirrhosis diagnosis 2019 weight 135 kgFibro 10.8 kpa

Subsequent fibro 9.8 128 kg

8.8 kpa 123kg

My most recent fibro 5.9 kpa 93 kg June 2024

No fibrosis at all

Diet and exercise does work.

NAFLD is not a one way trip to the crematoria (though ultimately one day you will be going there)

Garmin forerunner tracker to measure calorie output.

Body composition weighing machine

At 123 kg 31 % body fat 32 % lean visceral 21

At 93 kg 16% body fat 39% lean visceral 10

The secret is diet and for me a 36 hour fast from sunday evening to tuesday morning.

Once your body is free of food energy when you exercise there is only place that energy is coming from, visceral and liver.

I swim 3000m in 1000m clips about 23 minuted for 1000m

My average heart rate is 130 bpm

Then 2 hours of tennis machine average heart rate 110 bpm

If the above sounds unreasonable it is my aim is to burn 1500 active calories during fast

Visceral fat which I believe is directly related to liver fat has to be dragged kicking and screaming from your body!

Life is great, choose life, you have a future.

I doubt this will be up long so make a screenshot

Great but probably It was a false positive result. It happens all the time. You probably had some degree of fibrosis (F2 mabe F3 worst case). Of course if other more conclusive tests like liver biopsy did not confirm your cirrhosis. My personal opinion I do not want to doubt your doctor's initial diagnosis. But anyway great job.
