Trusting in science I’m also taking responsibility for myself and add, as many of you, complementary components such as diet, exercise and meditation. Currently my favorite meditation is from Louise Hay. Maybe some in this group want to try it out, too:

Thanks for sharing Nusch. I can see why you like this meditation. I bookmarked it myself.

I've been a long-time, but I have been struggling for a while now to achieve a truly meditative state. Consequently, I have been using guided meditations more frequently. Thank you for another resource

Same here. I even stopped meditating for a while. Then I found this one, which works really well for me. Louise Hay in general has a lot of good guided meditations.

Thank you for sharing, Nusch. I just finished listening to it and enjoyed it a lot. I noticed she has some others on youtube; think I'll try to listen to her one on 'sleep' tonight before bed.

Louise Hay is great, I follow her books and meditation since many years. She died a few years ago, but her voice will survive forever.

Meditation is what one wants (needs) it to be and can be experienced by using words/suggestions of others or as I do ----

I woke up from a restful sleep and am NOW heading out for a meditative/exercise bicycle ride AT 2:30AM.

p.s. - enjoy listening to 95.5FM The WOLF (Dallas/Ft. Worth) while cycling
