Hi, I am a 34 year old woman. I had an NSTEMI in September 2023 and have had pain ever since. It isn't all the time, but definitely after exercise. My heart rate is 48 resting, feel nauseous and tired quite a bit of the time, is this normal? X

Are you on bisoporol by any chance ? As that makes you tired but resting HR is low isnt it .
