fatigue
Despite a healthy life style (healthy diet , regular
exercise
and 8-9 hours sleep) fatigue comes on fast and strong most afternoons. Eyes become heavy and clear speech becomes an effort.. working from homes enables a half hour nap, I’m then able to carry on, but at a slower pace.

Just not the breathing
exercise
part cause when I’m anxiety laden I can’t breathe well . Plus I now got allergy and my nose is super stuffed and allergy meds cause dry mouth 😣 . Other than that , Ive been ready since I first was diagnosed and learned what I have .

Top tips for walking with arthritis
Walking is often recommended for people with arthritis because it’s a low-impact
exercise
that keeps the joints flexible, helps bone health, and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Want to put your best foot forward?

Groin strain...
Would I be able to go on an
exercise
bike or do a spin class soon. I'm really not sure what to do. I used to have loads of energy but feel drained since my inner thigh injury 😩

Don't take it as medical advice: training routine
I want also to link videos with the correct execution technique for each
exercise
I propose. From time to time you may happen to see something written in Italian, it's because sometimes I just need to take a quick note or to write down a reminder. It's very similar to the routine I am following.

Major Left MCA Stroke
We’ve been using puzzles, magazines, stroke
exercise
book, photos - does anyone have any other recommendations for rehab materials we could use to help him and stimulate him? Thank you for any advice.

Cardiac Ablation Recovery for AVRT
Main triggers include 2-3 hours after
exercise
and trying to take naps (naps fail and generally can't sleep for more than a few hours over the next two days). Is this indicative of a new problem or a failed ablation? Any advice would help. Thank you!

Diet and Exercise Regimen, Vitamins, while taking Orgovyx
Up until now, I do very little
exercise
, maybe some cardio once or twice a week (mainly because I hate going to a gym or working out). Should I start taking drinking coffee or energy drinks? Will I need sleep medication for what a friend of mine told me that I will likely have insomnia?

Triple by pass scar.
What I am finding is just moving position from one
exercise
to another causes a clicking feeling at the top of my ribcage. I can even hear it on occasion. Is this normal has anyone else experienced it? I haven't sought medical advice as yet.

Tuesday's Tips
any particular
exercise
?
I know this is something that so many of us experience to different degrees. Having some coping skills that have helped others may benefit us well.

How much exercise is too much during FET?
This time, I will continue my daily
exercise
routine, but just want to hear sportive people's ideas about how much
exercise
would be too much.
