Exercise and Low Thyroid: Am I doing more harm than good? Advice, please!
I don't enjoy the
exercise
at all, but am only continuing with it because I fear that I would become as big as a house if I didn't
exercise
. My weight just keeps increasing and it's so depressing.

Changing Room Chat... NOVEMBER...Week 1... What the mind believes, the body achieves?
I'm not just thinking solely, about mindfulness here, and not just the huge impact
exercise
has on our well being... but more, how we can
exercise
our mind to support our
exercise
.

What’s the cause of knee pain?
I am not over weight and have had no knee trouble ever and although I haven’t really been a runner before, I have never experienced any pain in
exercise

Pain Post exercise after Heart Attack,
when I
exercise
with weights (light ones), I seem ok, and when I walk short (10 minutes) periods I feel fine. I have confusion due to indigestion with all the new medications that I take, but when I walk or lightly jog, I feel an ache later.

Does Diltiazem (Angitil SR90) make you feel very tired?
I've never seen her so tired and
exercise
intolerant - has anyone else experienced this? She suffers principally from diastolic heart failure but developed AF while on the spiro, its now too high without the meds. She gas Raynauds as well which is why she was swapped from verapamil

Trial with new exercise method.
I expect that I will use the 5Ks as a measure although if I did not have the availability issue with injectables I might have been able to integrate them into my
exercise
regime. I find that more than one form of B12 to be most effective.

I had not been walking about or doing any
exercise
for 10 weeks as I had a foot op so as my main symptom is breathlessness on
exercise
I didn’t notice much effect. However after 6 weeks my dry cough returned and as well I’m back on my feet and the breathlessness is back. So back on 2 puffs not 4.

No photo, no story tonight, but
Her spirometry test was better than 6 months ago, no doubt all due to the physio and
exercise
. Next appointment in 9 months time. We might complain about cost in France, but the service is very good. After a long wet winter, the results very good indeed. Will send more story tomorrow.

This Week in Cardiology on Medscape - Heart Rate Monitors
• During
exercise
, the correlation coefficient was 0.726 for SR and 0.301 for AF. As the HR measured by ECG increases, the device-detected HR becomes less accurate, especially for subjects in AF and during
exercise
. • Comments by Dr. John Mandrola. This is nice work.

Exercise and AF
Hi everyone, I am reaching out for advice around
exercise
and having the condition of atrial fibrillation I am 35 and was diagnosed with AF last year. I underwent a electrophysiological study as I have an accessory pathway and they wanted to see if that was causing my AF.

Apathy, compulsiveness, and how to manage?
I'm pretty sure more
exercise
would be helpful, probably a lot more (i do some core
exercise
and walk 40-60 min most days, occasionally i do 29-30 min on the elliptical) but I'm not sure I can get myself there, and I don't know how to manage meds, food,
exercise
scheduling so that it works!
