Long post incoming - Sorry! So I'm 23, 5ft and weighing in at 12 stone and growing. In early 2016 I was in my final year of uni when I saw myself in the mirror and though… what is this?! I have always thought I was big, until I actually got fat and could see it everywhere, especially on the scales.

Stuck and going backwards!

Final week of 3 in planned fitness regime
Brilliant result in just 3 weeks. Morning and evening planks, crunches, some resistance work with light weights and bands , leg and side stretches for 10 minutes then 45 minute fast walks and runs down hill with a delayed breakfast about 10am.
