Hi I’m new here. I piled on weight after suffering with mental health issues. I wake up in the night and eat and find it hard to stick to a low calorie intake to lose weight. I’ve downloaded the app from NHS for the twelve week plan. Do you think I will ever conquer my eating issues? X

Struggling to lose weight
Hi Tulip I am new too and suffer from binge eating which I have kept under control for a long time but I know it will never go away-I never give up and that is the only thing that keeps me going. I find calorie counting doesn't work for me so stick to healthy eating most of the time and weigh to keep an eye on it. good luck xx
Hi and welcome, Tulip
It may be that you've cut calories too low, in the past, which has made it difficult to stick to, especially as you're waking up and eating.
You may also find a different way of eating suits you better and I would encourage you to check this forum out healthunlocked.com/lchf-diet and read this information phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...

Hopefully with support from others on here you can do it! Im new here as well and need to lose weight, every year older it gets harder. I don't have as much as some to lose but it is all round my middle so doctors advice is to shift it! Hopefully that will be my incentive to do it for my health.
