Possibility it's more then just anxiety/depression
I just wanted to check in with everyone and let them know that I am finding out that I probably have Fluoroquinolone Toxicity which can cause anxiety/depression. If you have ever taken any of the following: ciprofloxacin (Cipro), gemifloxacin (Factive), levofloxacin (Levaquin), moxifloxacin (Avelox

How do you lose weight on bipolar meds?
I know weight gain isn't uncommon on bipolar meds ,but I went from skinny 95 kg to 131 kg on olanzapine. I have managed slim down to 118. I'd like to go down 90 kg at some point in my life.

I don’t know how to stop
Hi I’ve had bulimia for more than 25 years. I now live on my own so no need to keep up any pretence or hide my disorder. I can eat as much as j want and throw up without having to fear that someone will hear me or see me. My binging and purging has gotten so bad and so out of control that it feels

Vegetable idea for dinner
Bridge girl asked me this morning for any recipes as part of the 30 in 30days challenge, well here's one I've used a few times. In the schwartz spice range there are several blends, I tend to go for the cajun blend, I then chop up veg like courgette, pepper, mushroom, sweet spud, onion (use your favourites

The scales don't tell you everything!! ........
I weigh myself every 2 weeks, was shocked to find I've gained 4lbs ...... catastrophy, disaster, what had gone wrong? I thought there must be malfunction with the scales!! gaining 4lbs can't be true ........ I've trained hard, eat well, no alcohol ........... I was looking for the scales to reflect

New
I'm new here. I decided to join after texting a crisis hotline. I joined mainly because of depression but when I saw eating disorders on here it made me nervous. I'm not at the point where I feel like I can start recovery but hopefully this will help me make that decision.

Fresh Fish for Dinner
My husband loves deep sea fishing so we often have tasty fresh fish. Last night for dinner we had Dhufish and Pink Snapper, both beautiful white flesh fish. I lightly coated the fillets in flour mixed with lemon pepper; lemon, herb & garlic seasoning; salt and black pepper, then pan-fried them in a little
