Homemade Chicken Burger and Chips
Tonight’s dinner - crumbed chicken, avocado, tomato and coleslaw in a toasted brioche bun swerved chips, cooked in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and rosemary. It was delicious, even if I do say so myself. My husband was pretty impressed too

Eating disorder or something else?
Hey, so a couple weeks ago my therapist told me she thinks I have an eating disorder or that I'm like withholding things from her regarding it. I don't like food, well its deeper than that I hate it, I don't think I deserve to eat and when people push me to eat I start getting hysterical and emotional

How to deal with Hospital doctors and Eating Disorders?
I was admitted to hospital for an overdose a few days ago. In my unit they would come ask what you wanted for food I of course refused food at all times and managed 3 days on unit without consuming anything but meds and water. I actually wanted to try eating I was just to scared. The doctor asked me

Recipe - bubble & squeak sweet potato skins
I got this recipe in a magazine about a month or so ago and liked it so much I have made it regularly ever since. It is a healthy recipe and, of course, sweet potatoes (unlike "normal" potatoes) count as one of your five a day. I eat it at lunch with salad and cold meat or have it for dinner with a steak

TW: disordered eating
I thought I was recovering. I really thought I was. I began eating and without reserve while still losing weight. I feel like I'm relapsing into not eating again. I reward myself when I feel those pants of hunger and I punish myself when I feel full. Is relapse normal?

Newbie weigh-in question
Hi all, looking forwards to getting to know you on this journey. I've been on a weight control journey for what seems like my whole life. I completely stopped dieting for a number of years because it was actually making me gain weight and then I was maintaining, admittedly an obese weight, but it wasn't

How can I put on weight since a flare on the FOD Map diet.
HELP!! FOD Diet and weight loss. Hoping someone out there can help me. I have been on the FOD map diet for about 4-5 years. When I have a flare now I loose weight. I had a bad flare back in Aug/Sept for about 8 weeks! I could not work out what was upsetting me. Finally as a last resort I took

Beef Cobbler with Cheese and Rosemary Scones for Lytham's Casserole Off
I apologise for the picture, it doesn't do justice to the casserole, however, in future I would add more stock, as the scones soak up a lot of the gravy. It tastes fantastic! Even if I do say so myself! :D
INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PORTIONS
900g braising/stewing/chuck steak cut into cubes 3 tbsp coconut
