what can I do if I can never get full on a appropriate amount of calories and even high volume veggies make it challenging to stick to a calorie deficit 😭

I'm new here - joined today - and tbh I need support in my weightloss journey. I seem to have stalled for a good few months now and I'm just getting back on track now.
I started my weight loss journey back in June 2024 when I weighed 230.8 lbs and 46.6% body

So I am 41 years old and I've been overweight most of my adult life.
I suffer with binge eating and have done for as long as I can remember.
I chose to eat for any occasion - happy or sad and life seems to revolve around meals, snacks and generally being unhealthy so it's time to make some changes
Wavering between diets?

I started at 153 kg but just weighed 21st December 2024 and I'm 139kg and pleased with this, I've been down gym 3 time's in 5 day's and watching my carbs I eat, it's the lowest I've been for a few year's, finally the smart scales are heading in the right direction.
