Stuck and going backwards!

Hi all! I've decided to start again, gained a few pounds back after losing a stone last year. I just wanted tips as the original weight gain was due to medication I started.and I'm kind of stuck,I eat about 1400 calories and walk an hour every day but I think the medication slowed down my metabolism.so when I do 5-2 for example I must go into starvation mode because the weight doesn't budge. Wondering if anyone knows how to battle the meds?superfoods maybe? I'm trying to exercise more as that's the obvious solution but any advice would be great!

None of us here are medically trained, none of us have the right answers to give you.

I hope you get some responses that make sense to you, there are many of us on the forum and all following weight loss with our own preferences and we are all prone to change our minds along the journey... And try something new.

Cheering you on to find your journey that works for you 🎉🎉🎉

I don't know your weight, height, age and activity level but I would guess 1400 calories is too few for you.

Get a personalised calorie range from the NHS BMI calculator, and make good use of the calories it recommends.

Use the Daily Diary to get support and ideas for how to make best use of your calories
