If you haven't heard of it just google it, its a new discovery that the scale just does not measure anything about how healthy or fit you are, weight loss does not equal fit

Thanks that's interesting, I might look into a DEXA scan, is it expensive? I have some lifting weights but I need to buy more.
Pineapple27 had one I think? In the menatime, look in the mirror and use a tape measure. Also how you Feel . . . If you are improving health and fitness you will feel it as much as see it, energy levels, clear skin, shiny hair, strong nails etc
Yeah even if I don't eat something very healthy I make a point of cooking it and having some veg because I think Chinese people are right about a varied diet, because each thing has different vitamins, and I've noticed strong nails too, I must admit though, I need to get back on track with my eating
flidfit.com/2017/04/01/dexa... I thought it was really useful.
Had it done with a company Body Scan UK. They are presently charging £150 - which includes a face-to-face consultation when they explain the results to you and highlight any "problem" area to work on! It also measures bone density, which is also very valuable to women of a certain age!
I think they only operate out of London though, so not sure if that is close to you?
