Winter vegetable ginger and quinoa soup.
Hi everyone, This is what I had this evening it's a soup made with winter veg quinoa red lentils ginger, I cooked some onion and garlic first to slightly caramelise, while the quinoa and lentils cooked and the veg were in another pan until the were all just cooked then added together and left to cook

Dreaming of summer with those Red lentils balls
Today I find it quite cold in Quebec! Finishing January and entering in Febuary wich is kind of a depressive month for me during our winters. This recepie came back to me as I was dreaming of summer. It's a turkish appetizer that you serve cold with lemons. They are easy to make and soooo tasty

Panisse
Panisse is a meal made out of chickpea flour, it comes from the south of France. It got a really fine taste. Some people use it as an appetizer but I prefer using it to add some proteins in a salad. Italians have their polenta... french have their panisse. It's good... and it's very cheap to make.

Advice please
In the last 3 months I have had 56 days of oral/IV steroid treatment and also IM methylprednisolone 120mg and kenalog 80 mg. The kenalog will be running out over the next week - I had it 3 weeks ago. Every time steroids have been stopped I’ve had a rebound in my symptoms and have ended up in hospital

Hey wondering if anyone has any tips I'm really struggling to eat normal foods all I seem to do is eat junk food and deserts. My food and exercise diary day two.
Tuesday! Usually a good day but I slept poorly and my daughter knocked my tablet, cracking the screen. Luckily it still works but put me in a bad mood. Didn't do my 15 mins morning aerobics. Will try to do 1km extra on my run later instead. 7am-8am breakfast was a cheese and onion toastie. My fave for

Well first week over, a loss of 5.5lb was a good shock this morning. I've had loads of congratulations and comments on the Sunday weigh in and I'm taking advice in board.
