Brilliant result in just 3 weeks. Morning and evening planks, crunches, some resistance work with light weights and bands , leg and side stretches for 10 minutes then 45 minute fast walks and runs down hill with a delayed breakfast about 10am. Buying the right running shoes stopped the severe vibration on the hips and made all the difference. Cancelled gym membership.
Result - target weight and toning in sight by end of just 3 weeks. And food? No red meat, bisicuits or pastries, loads of green tea, piles of fruit and water water water
Now I know I can last 3 weeks at this regime , run longer ( 3 minute bursts - that's all) I will pick this up again when I need to review my fitness again. Not going to make a non stop life long effort at this but will just beware of binge drinking and eating from now on . I look So much better in the mirror and the brain is working again!
