Maybe I have been rapid
cycling

Could I have Lung Cancer?
Lost my car last year (epilepsy flare-up) and needed to start
cycling
to work as there is no public transport. I live 5 miles out of town and have to go up a very big hill there and back.

Down the second hill and up the other side - I knew this one from
cycling
. Bizarrely it seemed shorter and less steep than I remembered. More overtaking. Turn right at the top towards the finish - oh my God. Wind. Wind. More wind. Those last two miles were a slog, head down and battle on.

This has helped by post-viral meningitis tinnitus.
I have all kinds of noises in my head (hissing, buzzing, beeping, a kind of
cycling
on the left side) plus pulsatile tinnitus when I lay down. I observed a lot, read a lot, and tried a lot of things to try and help this. Here is one exercise that helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Methotrexate not working & now chronic neck pain
I'm 49 and was
cycling
130 miles in a day just over a year ago with NO pain. Whenever I get flare-ups, it affects both my wrist and neck, so I feel they're most definitely linked. I feel worse and worse each day, probably as I'm suffering irreparable joint damage, but no one is listening.

Bispoprolol and oxygen
This is really worrying me I'm struggling walking anymore and I used to go hiking kayaking mountain climbing
cycling
etc and now I'm like a zombie. My question is this has anyone else had similar problems and what was the outcome of the tests.

My first post ...
I love swimming,
cycling
and don’t particularly love running, or walking but it’s something I want to enjoy! I love seeing inspirational things - it does help me! Feel free to say hello and share hints, tips, secrets and anything that would help me on my journey! Kylie :)

Long stop...too long😪
A few days ago I went to a good physiotherapist who practiced manipulations and frankly advised me against running in a frequent and systematic way because of the inevitable traumas that running causes ( much better walking fast or
cycling
).

Damn the Torpedoes Part 4. The Metabolic Advantage of Fasting.
Well, I haven’t a clue, as the evidence I have is empirical, however, what I can say is that my enthusiasm to exercise has gone through the roof - hence me going out in a flying gale on Sunday and
cycling
17 odd miles when anyone sane would be sat in front of the television.

What have you seen on your run you wouldn’t have seen otherwise?
I have chronic pain in my hands which means anything that involves upper body - including would you believe Tai Chi (hand waving), swimming (resistance of the water),
cycling
(holding handles) etc etc isn’t an option. Even clenching my fists running can be a trigger.

Running after a cabbage (C.A.B.G)
Anyhow I had the op in December and yesterday I was officially discharged and cleared to restart running and
cycling
So tomorrow morning it’s back to week 1 run 1 for me. I’m really looking forward to it.

Brilliant and funny post - lost!!!
Person, whether running,
cycling
or dog walking, or even dogless walking, said good morning! I know! I couldn't believe it either! 😂 CP did really well in spite of the sneaky hill that hides behind the trees, and I kept going for a couple of extra minutes at the end.

Not my best run! Wk9 run2
Am wondering if I need to work on my arms as obviously with running,
cycling
and treadmill my legs are getting all the attention? So.. I don't want to call it a 'bad' run... I did it and I know it was good for me. It just wasn't my usual enjoyed run 😐 Thursday is my graduation run though !!

Tough week! Not sure how weigh day will go!
So weekend was lots of dog walking instead of my usual exercise of running or
cycling
. Monday I have the dreaded cough/sore throat illness! But still had to go to work as I already used time off for the kids so can't have more time off for myself!
