Ran run 3 this morning. very cold and quite uncomfortable. Wasn't too much up for it but got up and went.
Fastest so far, not because i wanted to go faster, it just felt like i found a pace i'm comfortable with.
The snow has indeed melted and the track was indeed muddy, yuk. I didn't fiddle with my phone this time and didn't miss instructions to stop! now for two days recovery before my next run on Tuesday, some light cycling planned for tonight but it will be fine.
So far, so good.
