An update on this pain-in-the-bum condition
Back to running 5k,
cycling
to and from work and rowing machine all fine. Just thought I would feel so much better once the medication stopped. AF really is the “gift” that won’t stop giving 😂

Advice on exercise during IVF
All mild exercise such as walking, light jogging and
cycling
are fine Has anyone else heard of these things? Just wondering as we're about to start our stims and my exercises are PT and pole fitness.

Treatment for hypothyroidism to improve my quality of life
I did 18 months ago I was very active road
cycling
3-4 times a week and had a good quality of life. I now feel my quality of life has deteriorated significantly, spending a lot of time feeling exhausted , fatigue, breathlessness, weight gain just a few of my symptoms.

five years almost since I first fell ill with hypo/Hashi
However, I had work so instead of
cycling
in which I normally did I got a lift in. I was thinking blimey this is a strong cold. The day at work was very hard I got progressively worse and work mates said I looked terrible. When I left at 4pm I was absolutely worn out.

Strength through cycling
Does anyone know if
cycling
/running muscles are similar/complementary and if this is actually a physical benefit to my running?

Pleurisy. How long to cycle NSAID?
Do I persist with
cycling
analgesics and NSAID, as it maybe viral? I am not sure how long to expect symptoms to start resolving. Any advice would be super helpful, and thank you in advance.

I am still waiting for a treatment plan over 3 months after first MRI. I have stage 4 lung Cancer with metastisis in liver and mediastinum.
I was
cycling
down my road got off the bike to answer the phone. I was told that it was live in 3 places that they wouldn't be. able to remove it and treatment would be systemic, chemotherapy was mentioned. I Googled.

Cycling through feeling giddy, anxious and confident
So I am
cycling
through feeling giddy with joyous expectation, being terrified my anxiety will show up strong, and confident I'll have fun and be able to deal with my anxiety if need be. I figure at worst, I'll just leave. Just needed to get this in the open.

“It gets worse before it gets better”
Or in my case … when is it going to stop
cycling
from super dark to… just a peek of light and then darkness again. It feels like Inkeep getting further and further into the darkness with each fall lately and it’s quite scary. Further and further away from people each time.

RED FEB - How hard can it be?
The second was harder, as I started to find fatigue setting in (some days I was also doing a couple of hours
cycling
as well). Week 3 I started feeling stronger, my pace was consistently faster (not by huge numbers but still faster) and I was getting PBs on some of the segments.

Update: Post SBRT/IMRT Treatment for Favorable Int. PCa
My weight is back, my prior energy level is back, I've resumed my 3-4 mile walks, and I have gotten approval to return to road
cycling
...as soon as I heal a case of Achilles tendonitis - the price of being too sedentary watching all those baseball games.

COPD Male From Kamloops BC
I love being out doors,
cycling
, hiking & going to the gym. Walking with my dog Raven seems to be my favourite times. She gets me out of the house just about everyday.

Just 400km until…:
Was given a £30 voucher from an online shop called ‘wiggle’ seems to sell mainly
cycling
stuff, and a bit of running gear. Hmm what can I spend it on? Oh, certain colours of ASICS gel-kayano shoes have a big Black Friday reduction.

I may have started too fast
I do a fair bit of
cycling
, so I thought it wouldn't be too hard, but that first 60 second run seemed to take for ever. I really enjoyed it, but I think it might take a few days for the pains to subside enough to do another run.

7 weeks post-ablation, high heart rate (130-140) at every activity
Went back to walking after a couple of days and
cycling
on my race bike after 2 weeks. Gradually increased intensity to almost normal and no problems at all. Also got some more energy, despite being diagnosed with sleep apnea (for which I will get a mandibular advancement device).

Week 4 Run 2
Maybe it was because I did some
cycling
the day before? I am terrible for doing too much too soon so following this program is really helpful for me. Felt stronger at the end. 2 days rest now. On the plus side I have now lost half a stone!
