My very first post - EEK!!

So I’ve joined back to couch to 5k.

I did this last year - I lost 4 stone, I only managed 5 weeks in, however on my 30th birthday I fell and injured my ankle and was unable to run again after this. I’ve put on 1 stone since then and need to get back to running! I love swimming, cycling and don’t particularly love running, or walking but it’s something I want to enjoy! I love seeing inspirational things - it does help me! Feel free to say hello and share hints, tips, secrets and anything that would help me on my journey!

Kylie :)

Welcome back Kylie ! Hope the ankle is fully recovered. Take this slow and steady. If it feels hideous, you’re going too fast !

Welcome Kylie. Welcome back in fact... you know you can do this. Well done on that weighloss... you’re 3 stones down from the start, and that impressive. Just keep it nice and comfortable, slow and steady, and you’ll be fine and running for 30 minutes this spring.
