I was just telling you all in a brilliant and funny way about my run with couchpotato2, who was on w6r2 of c25k. 25 minutes non stop. The snow and ice had gone, so we went to the local national trust area that we failed to run on the other day. There were a very few intrepid souls out there, and Every. Single. Person, whether running, cycling or dog walking, or even dogless walking, said good morning! I know! I couldn't believe it either! ๐ CP did really well in spite of the sneaky hill that hides behind the trees, and I kept going for a couple of extra minutes at the end. So nice to be out there and to be neither cold nor wet. Bit muddy though ๐

I hate it when a post gets lost. So frustrating especially when itโs a cracker, and then you just canโt remember what you wrote, or donโt have time to write it again. Now I rather write my post in Notes ๐ on the iPad or in Word on my ๐ฅ, then cut and paste into the App/website.
Anyway it sounds as if you and Couchpotato2 had a wonderful run.
Hi Molly, it's working out well for both of us. It's much harder to wimp out of a run when you've arranged to meet someone else. And you can check if you're running at chatting speed, by, well, chatting ๐
Thatโs so frustrating! I wrote an absolute blinder once which disappeared with a careless swipe. Great comic literature, lost to the running world. ๐ Grrrr. I copy as I go now... well done both of you! Fabulous leg lycra going on there!
Occasionally if I know it's going to be a longish post I'll do an email to myself then copy and paste it onto post! And add the emojis! Hahha. It's funny what we do.
Anyways sounds like u both enjoyed it. It's great when u get a friendly nod, smile or hello ๐. Spurts me on and feel part of a bigger community. ๐
