I don't want to stop

Best tips for FET
Hi gorgeous women, I won’t be
cycling
til next summer as need to save some pennies before third time lucky with donor eggs. My work colleague however, has just started her period and will be whacking her final Frostie back in once her womb is ready. Any cute stories of how you got lucky? Love X

New study reveals high levels of pollution on London Underground.
In the study, published today in the journal Environment International, they found that concentrations of fine particles (PM2.5) which are linked to several health problems, were many times greater than in other modes of transport such as
cycling
, driving and taking a bus and those in subway systems

Going to Try a Run
I've been keeping up with the swimming and
cycling
turbo and road work, but it's not the same. Monday morning then, a short little jogette, just to see it goes...

Sofa 2 50k (on a bike 🚲) Smashed it with 3 weeks to spare 💥💥💥
The Red Arrows flew over as I was
cycling
back towards home, as they have done for several milestones. Good job I finished early, because next week was supposed to be hills - no chance of that round here 😂 Long runs will restart next week 🏃♀️

Benefits of Swimming in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis
Men who are engaged in
cycling
and gymnastics are 30% more likely to have prostate cancer. Swimming is a comprehensive exercise, which is good for many organs of the body. It can not only help improve sexual function but also help men improve prostate disease.

Hi, I'm hoping to take early retirement early next year and my ambition for a while has been to return to

. Not the competitive
cycling
I've done in the past, but to get out and about and spend hours riding.

Pacemaker tomorrow! Advice Please.
I fainted while
cycling
and while on treadmill test. I’ve had 24hr ecg and echo and have been told I have AV block. What questions should I be asking regarding the setup of the pacemaker if I want to be able to exercise at a fairly high level going forward?

Good place
I’m static bike
cycling
every other day for 5km (short 10 min but I can build on that as
cycling
is hard work). I’m doing arm exercises (I can work on that). I’m eating more responsibly. My BMI is 31.6 but I can’t help feeling optimistic about my health-path.

Wheezy after exercise
My problem is that when I run/cycle, despite taking the Symbicort, I still find myself breathing very hard when running/struggling to breathe when
cycling
and I end up really wheezy for hours afterwards.

This is where I am so far!
Sometimes when
cycling
up steep hills, and when exposed to cold, damp air, yes, I felt it, but in the main I never did anything so fast and strenuous as this running kerfuffle . :D . Even performing on drums for decades never triggered any breathing issues.
