Good place

I have arrived in a good place. For a few weeks I have been walking every other day for 50 minutes. I’m static bike cycling every other day for 5km (short 10 min but I can build on that as cycling is hard work). I’m doing arm exercises (I can work on that). I’m eating more responsibly. My BMI is 31.6 but I can’t help feeling optimistic about my health-path. Even this wee bit of adhering to the exercise is making me feel less breathless. ☺️

I like those words ‘they forgive us’. Trying again and again to tackle sustainable weight loss requires a lot of forgiveness all round. Having tried and failed a million promises ago, requires a lot of love and forgiving.

I'm really overweight and not lost a pound yet! On week 6. But feeling good. Not dieting yet. Can only cope with one life style change at a time🤣
