Compartment Syndrome
I’ll be switching to
cycling
to maintain what fitness I can and might still be able to do my target marathon on 1st March, but right now I should really be increasing my volume. Has anyone else had this issue?

Sudden change in asthma
I have been generally fit and well since then and taken a keen interest in exercise,
cycling
20 miles most days to and from work for the past 18 months. Prior to that I was exec ricing 6 days a week (Insanity work outs) and have completed various challenges like Tough Mudder/Nuclear races etc.

I'm fairly lucky that I had a very active childhood, lots of running,
cycling
, football, kicking people etc. so I have fairly athletic legs but right leg is pretty big compared to my left.

Struggling again
I’m a cyclist and I’ve been very carefully increasing my
cycling
. On Thursday my ride was a bit tougher than expected as it was very windy. I’ve been exhausted since and now struggling. Is it ok to take a bit more T3 at times like this?

Sugar - is it or isnt it?
I was
cycling
into town before Christmas and another cyclist pulled out in front of me. I crashed into him and we both fell over. No injuries but I was shaken up. Almost immediately by palpitations clicked in and I’ve been the same ever since.

Effective Preventions for Chronic Prostatitis
The time of
cycling
should be controlled within 30 minutes each time, if the
cycling
time is long, they can have a proper rest or live in the middle of the ride; the seat and car seat shall be soft and comfortable as far as possible, which can reduce the pressure and reduce the congestion of prostate

Newly diagnosed with aortic aneurysm and bicuspid aortic valve
I've been fairly active in my adult life, doing a fair bit of mountain walking, long-distance walking and
cycling
. I first went to the doctor's about shortness of breath over ten years ago, but my symptoms were always too vague for the doctor to be concerned about.

A spot of exercise for 2020 😊
I had my HA while
Cycling
the 4700 miles around the coastline of Britain in 2017. I did complete it in 119 pedalling days over the course of two years. I did also stop for a hip replacement on route to go with the two replacement knees.

Cycling
, running and swimming, long and hard is my background, and I would like it to continue that way, I believe it is my personal healing place if that makes sense. However I also want to be sensible about it.

Personally, I like a checklist as it’s the only way to stop it all
cycling
round and round my head as the nerves - I mean excitement - builds towards the big day.
A checklist is particularly helpful if you are staying away from home before your race.

2 Yr Runniversary
So much for JuJus 10km plan - I didn’t get too far with that one 😂 During 3 months of no running I did lots of swimming and
cycling
to keep up fitness. Now for the funny part - it’s taken me since 04.09.19 to get to week 5 of C25K!! So that’s about a month for a week of the programme!! Oh dear.

Well.... I had to get home somehow!
My biggest boy (5) had his nativity this morning so as I was having to rush back to work after, I opted for Mrs N to give me a lift in as opposed to
cycling
. Getting picked up again wasn't an option so I decided I might as well run home.

Spring 2020 Half Marathon Group 😄 My race is cancelled, what can I do?
In between
cycling
I was hoping to do some Parkrun tourism, but I’m not so sure about that now - maybe next year, third time lucky!
It’s personal. It’s difficult and disappointing. But you’ll find a way through it. A focus helps. Give it some thought, and please do share any ideas you have.

Tried something new
Everyone says how good
cycling
is for cross training so the group cycle class seemed a good plan.... how wrong could i have been! I was SO exhausted and now I am finding it difficult sitting down comfortably. At least I can say I gave it a go, back to my normal gym routine and swim for me :)

So after a week we started with 500mg, continued for another week and then increased to 600mg but there were no marked improvements and he missed the improvements he experienced when he was on 1g ( he was able to workout in his off times treadmill, cardio,
cycling
) and so we again jumped to 1g and immediately
