I have been prescribed tramadol but have only been taking it when the pain is bad. Is it one of those drugs that should be taken regularly?

GP increased my amitryptyline today as I haven't slept properly for a few weeks. I've stopped ropinirole as I felt they made my RLS worse

Also, i am currently taking ropinarole 6mg along with codiene and duloxetine which i am not getting much luck from.
