If I have been in this situation of having to travel for hours(which I dont do anymore) I either set ofg very early in the morning as my legs are worse from afternoon onwards or take extra tablets 2 hours before the journey. Take plenty of stops to stretch your legs.My doctor told me it was ok to take extra tablets in exceptional circumstances.

Just noticed you put your meds arnt working! See your doctor and discuss changing there are other treatments including a slow release patch that works for 24 hours

I know I have the same problem, I have to stop and walk around a few minutes. Never drink any caffeine. Sometimes I take a pain pill that I have for my fibromyalgia with my RLS medicine it helps relax me.
