I’m 56 and have kept fit with yoga and walking. I started week 4 today and felt very proud because I coped! Just thought it would be nice to connect with others doing couch to 5k.

Well done you for getting out there. It is a great plan. Iam on W6R3 tomorrow a bit nervous and excited at the same time keep running 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽

Hi, I'm doing week 4 run 2 tomorrow, I'm 63 and couldn't do yoga to save my life !

Mind you , 4 weeks ago I couldn't run either haha

I’m 60 and have never ran before. I’ve just completed week 4. I’ve found it tough this week as my knees are a bit sore and hamstrings quite tight. Thought I’d do a stretch class tomorrow and perhaps repeat one rum from this week before moving on. I’m super proud to have got this far tho!
