Can you take your anxiety into bed with you(hypnic jerks, heart palps) if you first don't calm down, decompress a few hours before ?
Is it true that if you did solve this its becuase you worked out, did

My back still feels a little stiff so I think I’ll do some

I took up ddp
yoga
back in early March and had been doing well with it. Now I had to stop as my heart rate was far too high and sweating far too much. I reduced lio to 55mcg and did get a very slight improvement. After a few days, I reduced lio again to 50mcg.

Completed another consolidation run yesterday...still hate love running
I am still very much at the mercy of the pollen gods, and really can't wait for the autumn when this pollen situation finally dies down for good, but I've eased in to a more relaxed mindset of alternating running on good days, and
yoga
on bad days, that is the right balance for me.

Severe round ligament pain
I was doing so well with exercise and pre-natal
yoga
before, but now I'm pretty much bed-bound as almost anything seems to cause it to flare up. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they found anything that really helped?

Graves Disease/Hypothyroidism and work life
I try to keep moving and do
yoga
and light walking on my treadmill, this improves my mobility to the point I can get around but I'm still in pain. But again during term time I have very little energy or time to get any exercise and get in more and more pain.

I'm back!! (mended...😁) W5R3 Done!
Pretty much with ease (until the last few minutes) 😁👏🏼 I have been keeping up my energy levels with
yoga
and low level keep fit at home. Sooo pleased with myself 😁 I have decided that I will only be jogging one or two times a week now though.

Painting is therapy
Meditation is great for the mind, body and soul, it can be used in different forms like
