New here! Anyone experience skipped beats from overtraining? How many a day and how long till they stopped?
My partner is a 34 y/o male, very fit (cardio,
yoga
, weight lifting, healthy diet), has been working out seriously for the last 7 years. Recently, he has shown signs of possible overtraining or at least on the road to it.

Any help/advice welcome.Desperate.
I've noticed that changing positions a lot and
yoga
help relieve it sometimes. Even simply laying down for a while, then getting up allows me to let out a huge burp making me feel momentarily better... It seems to come in waves. And sometimes these on and off waves last for hooours.

I’ve done my usual
yoga
stretching and did a 5 min walk warm up. Does anyone know why this might be?

Well that was unexpected
I reckon this sort of rush of blood to the head is what will get me to run further or for longer, but today I was ready for my
yoga
and a refreshing shower! Have a good day everyone

Can I get a Woohoo?? 😎 It's roseabi's Virtual Brighton Marathon report!!!
. ★
A spot of
! I had a sore lower back during the couple of days before the marathon, so instead of just worrying about it I went for a bit of
Yoga
with Adriene on YouTube - Lower Back Love! It worked a treat and I did it again the following day.

Week 2 🏃♀️
My right side is still hurting 😱 I think I’m putting too much pressure on that side when I run I’m not sure - I’m going to begin practicing
yoga
to see if it’ll fix any imbalance and have bought a muscle roller to try and reduce the chance of major injury as much as possible.

Humid and enjoyable? ..... I never thought I’d say that. 🥵🥵🥵
I now feel invigorated, and after a
yoga
session I’ll feel justified in eating that breakfast! Have a great week everyone. 😀

New and needing direction
I changed to gym, swimming and
yoga
and continued to eat healthily so weight remained fairly constant.

Exercise for elderly MPNers
I know we are not allowed to advertise in this forum but I wanted to tell you that I keep fit through a weekly
yoga
class for the over 50's. This is done through Zoom and can be carried out almost anywhere in the world providing you have a computer and the Zoom app.

Newly diagnosed PMR seeking advice about taking an evening dose of prednisolone
I have until recently been very fit and active, going to the gym to do various classes such as
yoga
and dance fit and am of average weight. Way back 3 months ago i began to experience buttock and hip pain which initially was thought to be due to my known prolapsed disc at L4-5 .

Frustrated
I've been doing some long walks and a little bit of
yoga
. I'm seeing a sports physio next Tuesday who worked wonders with a friend's knee so I've decided to wait & see what he recommends.
