I've just finished the 30 day at home yoga with Adriene for the 2nd time and I'm going to move on to one of her other 30 day programmes... any recommendations for ones you've really enjoyed...

Many thanks 🧘‍♀️

I did the unnamed 30 days of yoga series, then True and then Home. But since then I have switched to her monthly calendar. June's theme is Courage - there's a few of us following it. It uses existing videos plus one new one each week. Here's a link: yogawithadriene.com/june-20...

Will try it! That is brilliant you did 30 days yoga.

The beauty of Adriene’s yoga is that you can pick and mix whatever grabs your fancy - there are stand alone practices for every part of your body or mind, or you can follow her monthly calendar like linda9389 said, or use her 30 day practices. I personally enjoyed Dedicate. 😍

This month’s theme on her calendar is most definitely strength/core based, whereas last month’s was more for the mind.

It’s so much fun, and the fact that so many of us on here know and love following her too is great. Have fun! 🧘‍♀️

I've gone for dedicate, did day 1 on Friday and day 2 will be this evening once the small ones are in bed. I like the idea of her calendars but just haven't got the time to do it every day so feel like the 30 day challenges have more flexibility 🤷‍♀️

I sometimes have to skip a day, but I’ll often do 2 sessions the next time to catch up. It really doesn’t matter though. Just do them as and when you can. I hope you enjoy Dedicate. It’s one of my favourites. 😀

Really liking it so far, loving that she's explaining things a bit more. I'd love to do some reading around the style of yoga she uses but I wouldn't really know where to start.

If you fancy something a bit different, I follow Gabosaturno on Youtube, and his 30 minute every day strength and mobility routine is superb. He also does L-sit, handstand and other tutorials that you can follow. This is the mobility routine:

Thanks ju-ju I'll definitely look into this. The idea of doing a handstand is really appealing but whether I'd actually be able to achieve it....

No handstands in this, its just a mobility and strength flow.

Hi Mum22boys, just popped on to say I loved Dedicate too. The 30 day Yoga Camp has been really good so far. Lots of tuition and time and explaining the positions nicely. Still fresh and new as well. I'm on day 20 and its good.

I'm sure I'd read previously you'd enjoyed dedicate which is what made me choose that 30 days. I'm up to day 10 and I have to say I'm loving it. Even enjoyed day 6 😊
