A consistent cycle
I go home feeling like shit, but when I'm alone in my room, no triggers, I'm able to meditate and do
yoga
. This makes me feel okay-not great, just okay-long enough to take care of responsibilities like cat litter and homework.

2 months now of dark clouds
I used to be energetic person, running and doing
yoga
. Had a panic attack 2 months ago and since then life is not the same. I'm single and have a supportive family and friends. Lost weight, gone is the face I used to have- now dark spots around my eyes, tired and sad yes due to lack of sleep.

Doing well........... And then..........
Took my trainers off and did a
yoga
pose where you stick your leg right behind you. OUCH........ I caught my toenail on the metal between the door. Oh my god...... I have ripped my toenail in half ππ. Super annoyed with myself now as I won't be able to run for 2 weeks.

Talia Dean: 'My back pain was misdiagnosed for 15 years - now I can't dance'
I should have been up, moving, stretching,
yoga
," she says. Dr Kay says "the right kind and amount" of exercise, guided by a physiotherapist is the "core treatment" for axial SpA. "It's hard for patients to appreciate this at first," she says.

Back pain update
Now I wait and try to strengthen my core by walking and practicing
yoga
. I was given Celebrex and took it once but it really didn't help any more than Ibuprofen. I also have a very low dose of a muscle relaxer that I only take when I start to have muscle spasms.

60 miles in September for Cancer Research - Day 10
Everything is fine, a few nice warm baths and daily evening
yoga
is doing the trick. Plus I have a 10 day run streak!! My thoughts on it are, if me running two miles a day can help raise money to stop others going through some of the pain we have as a family, then itβs a small thing to do.

Struggling to manage symptoms and life - advice please after returning to work.
Determined to get life back - joined a spa so I can swim/
yoga
on days off and try and get fit and lose weight. After my first week I have a mouth full of ulcers, a lumpy face, and ibs type symptoms. How do balance it and not get ill? Am I doing something wrong?

I did manage to up my distance... and managed a decent 10 K, but having done that I also realised I needed to pull back quite drastically...so goals were adapted, strength work and
yoga
took precedence and apart from a sloooooow Race for Life last Saturday, I have not been running.

Better sleep: 30 wakers & stoppers
Getting pains down (with osteopathy, acupressure,
yoga
) helped sleep a lot too. The Ache in the daytime is more of a problem and harder to keep down, but is strangely hardly a problem at night, only sometimes, when I overdo it, cold showering before going to bed helps me.

W9R3: Glow-run for graduation πππ¦π¦π¦ππΌβοΈβοΈπ₯
I gave a bit of attention to my body: how am I striding; how am I landing; am I lifting out of my hips; is my head up; are my shoulders relaxed; and (a good
yoga
favourite) is my tongue at ease. (You have no idea about relaxing muscles until you do the tongue!)

stress and restless legs
Also because if you are under a lot of stress lots of muscles go twitching, which is a natural reaction. if it might be true, this therapy can maybe help ;https://amuse.vice.com/en_us/article/qv97j3/shaking-therapy-new-

A Somewhat Decent Day
I was able to catch a Veteran's gentle
yoga
class via Zoom. I had been a little anxious about interacting with people that way, especially since I'm not that tech savvy, but I found it really helpful.
